AIM are a registered charity who support bright children from lower income
families prepare for the 11 plus exam; the gateway to a grammar school place.

 

Due to the growth of our charity we are looking for a candidate to support our
team of trustees. The role will be vital in identifying suitable children for our
2022/2023 programme in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge areas.

 

The role will involve contacting local primary schools, liaising with parents,
processing application forms, booking tutoring, venues and updated existing
systems.

 

Desirable Criteria:
Experience of the 11 plus process
Communicating with professionals
Knowledge/awareness of social mobility and its link to education.
Local knowledge
Coordinating charity events
Awareness of confidentiality and GDPR

Essential Criteria:
Self-motivating
Trustworthy
Good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

The job will start in September 2022 and initially run to December 2022
The post offers SIX hours per week, term time only. This can be worked over one
weekday or over two weekdays. This role will be working from home at a rate of £15 per hour.
